Sell tickets with no per-ticket platform fees. Connect your own Stripe or PayPal account, sell under your own brand and manage events, ticket sales and entry in one place. Plans from £59/month, excluding VAT. Payment processing fees apply separately.
No percentage commission on ticket sales. Pay a fixed subscription for your plan; plan eligibility and any agreed custom setup charges apply.
Ticket payments go to your own Stripe or PayPal account. Bank payouts follow your payment provider’s schedule and account checks. Tixx does not hold ticket proceeds for settlement after the event.
You can export orders and run a newsletter, subject to the consents and preferences your buyers have given. Their data stays in your account, not a marketplace list.
Some platforms charge a percentage of each sale, a per-ticket fee, or both. Tixx charges a flat subscription for your plan. This illustration compares platform fees only — not VAT, payment-processing charges, extras or custom setup.
Enter your own figures. The 8% field is an example you can change — not a market average. Comparison is in GBP, for platform fees only (no VAT, processing fees or setup).
Illustration only, in GBP. Stripe and PayPal charge their own processing fees under your agreement with them. You can set an organiser booking fee, which Tixx includes in the ticket price shown to buyers. Tixx does not take a percentage of ticket sales. The first free month is not deducted here.
The same assistant organisers use in dash.tixx.pl. Ask about sales, traffic and ticket pools, or draft a new event: it shows a preview and only saves after you type CONFIRM.
Demo with sample London events — not connected to a live account. On a live account the assistant queries your own data. It shows a preview; nothing is saved until you type CONFIRM.
The ticket shop is built to work well on a phone. It is bilingual (English and Polish), and lives on your domain — tickets.yourbrand.co.uk, not a generic marketplace URL.
Festivals, clubs, theatres, conferences — the same panel. Design a seating plan, run batches, issue partner vouchers, and scan on the door with the Tixx app.
See where buyers came from, which ticket type is moving, and export a clean monthly pack for finance.
The Tixx scanner app validates QR and barcodes on the night, including codes you imported from another box office. Offline scans can queue locally; duplicate detection between multiple offline scanners is not guaranteed.
Connect the accounts you already have. Tixx never sits in the middle of the payout. Sell in GBP, EUR, USD or PLN — currency is set per event, not forced on the whole company.
Cards worldwide, on your Stripe account. Ideal for GBP events and international buyers. Connect your Stripe account; we send buyers to Checkout and book the order when Stripe confirms.
Connect your PayPal Business account. PayPal balance or card, paid into that account. Strong default for mixed-currency programmes. Stripe and PayPal can both be on at the same time.
Set your own booking fee, if you choose. Tixx includes it in the ticket price shown upfront, with a clear breakdown before the buyer starts their order. The fee is independent of the payment method. Stripe and PayPal charge their own processing fees separately; Tixx does not take a percentage of ticket sales.
After payment, the buyer can add the e-ticket to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet for storage on their phone, or download a PDF. This is the ticket pass — not Apple Pay or Google Pay at checkout. Availability depends on the buyer’s device and how Wallet is configured. On the door you scan a QR.
English-first ticket shop on your hostname. Embed it if the marketing site already exists.
Events, orders, refunds, invoices and an English UI — plus an AI assistant that can draft a new event. It shows a preview and saves only after you type CONFIRM.
Discount codes, partner vouchers, newsletter and referral tracking from ads or media partners.
Reports split by currency, PDF month packs, CSV of orders.
Scan Tixx tickets and imported codes. Online when you have signal; scans can queue when you do not. Duplicate detection between multiple offline scanners is not guaranteed.
The integrations UK organisers ask for first — without a marketplace taking the upside.

A flat monthly (or yearly) subscription — Starter from £59/month excl. VAT, Premium £199/month. We do not take a percentage of ticket sales. Large custom setups can carry a one-off go-live fee if we need a dedicated server for traffic. First month is free; we will confirm the schedule and terms with you before go-live.
Stripe and PayPal charge their own payment processing fees under your agreement with them. These are separate from your Tixx subscription. Tixx does not add a percentage commission to your ticket sales. Bank transfer is available if you prefer to book payments yourself.
Yes. You can set a booking fee for a ticket type, independently of the buyer’s payment method. Tixx includes it in the price shown on the ticket list and displays the fee breakdown. For example, a ticket with a £50.00 base price and a £1.00 booking fee is shown as £51.00 in total, so two tickets cost £102.00. This is an organiser-set fee, not an additional Tixx commission or a surcharge for choosing a card or PayPal.
Typically about two weeks after we agree to work together. This is a setup with our team, not an instant self-serve account. Pointing your own domain and completing Stripe or PayPal onboarding can take longer on their side. You can take bank transfers while that finishes. We send a short setup guide.
Yes. Default is a hostname we provide; most organisers point tickets.yourdomain.co.uk (or similar) at Tixx. The shop is English/Polish. You can also embed it on an existing site.
You can import barcodes sold on other platforms so they can be scanned at the door. That is a barcode import for entry control — not a live stock sync with another box office.
The operator, MWC, is ISO 27001 certified — that is the operator’s certification, not a certification of every product feature. Hosting is in the EU, with Cloudflare in front. You keep payment credentials on Stripe/PayPal — we do not store card numbers. Offline scans can queue locally; we do not guarantee duplicate detection across multiple scanners while they are offline.
The demo on this page uses sample data and is not connected to a live account. In the organiser panel you can ask about sales, visits, referrers and ticket pools in plain English. It can also draft a new event (and ticket types): it shows a preview and only writes to the database after you type CONFIRM. It will not delete records or change prices of existing ticket types.
